Hi there! My name is Cynthia (Cindy) Feltner, and I am the owner at Loft & Vine Boutique. I am a wife to the greatest guy in the world, mother to three blue eyed beauties, and living in my small town of Jackson, KY. I love pizza, a good glass of wine, and am a firm believer that leopard print is the perfect neutral.

I have been the owner/operator of my first brand GabbyBelle Wreaths for 8 years. I plan on merging my one of a kind creations with our newest addition Loft & Vine Boutique.  I launched my new boutique in 2020 with a passion to create a one of a kind shopping experience. I had a strong desire to create a place where women and men of all ages and budgets could find affordable children’s clothing and gifts. Not just the perfect dress, but the bows, ties, and accessories (including dolls and pets) needed to make it the outfit of your dreams. I knew I wanted to promote fashion that was affordable to everyone, because I believe that an outfit strongly impacts how one feels. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful, and that is what I sought to create.

Our current staff of employees are simply our family of 5, including my husband. I am so thankful for what I get to do each and every day. I am blessed by my family immensely, and am so proud to call them mine!
